KM India Summit 2013

Right way to KM Success

Have just attended the CII KM Summit 2013 held in my city of Mumbai. It was the best KM Summit as far in India. The choice of topics and relevant panelists shows the depth of thought that went into the preparation of the event. I gained a lot- intellectual thoughts, practical implementation ideas, good connections and deeper understanding of the concerns of the Corporate chieftains who addressed us at the inaugural session. I am sure the other participants will have gained immensely too. Hats off to Ganesh Natrajan the Chairman of the CII Knowledge Committee and the team who worked with him.

Tom Stewart, Karuna Ramanathan, Noshir Kaka, Swati Piramal, Adi Godrej, Madanmohan Rao, Prof Deepak Pathak alongwith the panelists provided thought provoking insights and ideas. The MAKE India participants shared ONE aspect each of the their KM Programs and everyone gained 9-10 ideas to implement.

The usual Debates on the sidelines was about the ‘Right Way to KM’. Will post a few of them over the coming weeks.
